Wynn, I want to thank you and your staff for a wonderful Derby experience. I believe I first contacted you about nine months ago when Maureen and I decided we would put together a trip for a small group of women interested in travelling to the Derby. I did check out another three or four companies offering packages and your company seemed to be a good fit. I have nothing but good things to say about my direct dealings with you. I was able to reach you easily and you consistently followed up if you needed to check something out for me. I appreciated your flexibility when we needed to pick up our respective race tickets earlier than scheduled. All in all, a wonderful experience. A big THANK YOU from the gals from Canada. We were all impressed with the topnotch service and wouldn't change a thing. You were so accommodating to everyone's needs. We liked the fact that we didn't have to arrange transportation to Churchill Downs. Having motorcoach transportation was convenient and the best way to see the Derby. We also had excellent seats from which to view the races.....great job. The staff and service at the Drury Inn was first class. Everyone was so attentive to the needs of their guests. To sum everything up.........our Derby weekend was the thrill of a life time. We are all still smiling from our experience. Thanks for making it a memorable one. We would book with you again in a heartbeat.

We did have a great time. I very much appreciate you working with us and upgrading the tickets the week before. The seats were perfect. Not only were they out of the sun but on the aisle. One big plus was the bus to and from the track. It was nice not to worry about getting to the track and parking. Benchwarmer Sports did exactly what you all said you would do and did it very well. "My girlfriend and I just returned from an incredible trip to the Kentucky Derby arranged meticulously by Benchwarmer Sports. You guys covered all the bases. The accommodations in the classy Crowne Plaza hotel were fabulous. The buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning was great, and our upgraded seats at the Oaks and the Derby were amazing. "Thanks for a memorable experience at the Kentucky Derby. We went downtown for Fourth Street Live on Friday night. It was a zoo but we enjoyed walking around and the weather was perfect.
