The Final Four ® is the pinnacle of college basketball and one of the most exciting events in all of sports. Since its inception in 1939, this American tradition has built a legacy that includes dynasty teams, dramatic underdogs and outstanding individual performances. A total of 68 teams will participate in the March Madness tournament this year, but only the final four teams will face off in three do-or-die games with one team holding the title of 2026 NCAA Final Four Champions. You can apply a year in advance, but the chances of winning are slim and the tickets you get are way up near the rafters.
