College Football Championship

The College Football National Championship features a postseason playoff format between the top four NCAA Division I College Football teams. These final four teams will match up in two Semifinal Games, this year held at the Orange Bowl and Cotton Bowl on New Year's Day. The winners of the Semifinal Games will determine the two teams that will play in the Championship Game on January 11 in Arizona. This plus one bracket format replaces the previous BCS, Bowl Alliance and Bowl Coalition systems with the top four playoff teams selected by a committee based on their performance, strength of schedule and other criteria during the 2015 regular season.
